- A clear, uncut parcel opening video
- Video must start before opening the sealed package
- The shipping label and all products should be clearly visible in the video
Without an opening video, no damage, missing item, or incorrect product claims will be accepted.
Important Notes
- Minor packaging wear caused during transit will not be considered as damage.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
